I’m currently reviewing an NEC4 Term Service Contract (TSC) using Option E (Cost Reimbursable) and I’m trying to understand the role of the price list in this context.

Since Option E reimburses actual costs (Defined Cost) rather than the amounts stated in the Price List, what is the practical purpose of having a Price List?
